This modern apartment is great with excellent location. We spent 6 nights in this apartment while visiting Chicago. We were able to access to a few restaurants around the neighborhood within 10 mins drive. Mark is very easy to reach over through messaging. It is a clean and update apartment with a backyard in a good neighborhood.

Our stay was wonderful! We were visiting our son in Chicago and ended up being walking distance to his home. The home provided all the necessities and the beds we’re comfortable with nice linens. We additionally loved the fenced in backyard for our dog.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, and modern. Just as the pictures in the listing, everything is spotless. It has everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with easy access to subway, buses, supermarket and close by restaurants. The host was very attentive, always making sure that we were doing well; all communication was done on-time and in a efficient and polite manner.

This apartment was very clean and bright indoors. The appliances and fixtures appear to be high-quality. It is extremely convenient to public transit (blue line train direct to the city and to O'Hare). It worked very well for my cousin-in-law and I to stay there after he was discharged from Loyola Medical Center and had follow-up appts there every second day. It was very easy to book Ubers back and forth to the hospital. We esp. appreciated having a dishwasher and washing machine.
