Welcome to The Hemlock Haven! Our cozy retreat offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, just 3 houses from the beach. Located 1 mile north of downtown Lexington in a quiet, private community. Relax in our beautifully decorated space, enjoy the fire pit, outdoor games, and comfortable outdoor seating. Book your getaway today! *Please note that the second bedroom does have the door leading out back*
-One Dog is allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional $100 fee to bring your dog.
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Check in was super easy, we appreciated the fresh smelling cabin-- no musty "up north" smell at all! The beach access was generously sized.It was nice to be four minutes from town but on a quiet street.The water pump is noisy but there was plenty of hot water, and having full laundry avaliable was a real plus.Lots of bath towels

So cute and comfy! This cottage is very clean, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, and everything you need to make it a “home “ while you are there. The owner is quick to respond and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at the Hemlock Haven. It was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Even though it is November, we still had a chance to go to the beach and do some rock hunting.
The hosts thought of everything. There was coffee and tea available. Although we did not use them, there was plenty to do outside. They had games, a grill, and firepit.
The location is about 1 mile North of Lexington. So it was a minute ride to enjoy downtown Lexington.
