About this cottage rental
The Space
A full 1500+ sq/ft home all for you!
Beautiful corner lot with double deck in front (access to top deck via Door wall), deck on rear, stamped concrete patio on east side of home. 2 bedrooms (queen beds in each) and 1 upstairs loft area with beautiful twin day bed. Also, two sofas in and near living room. Central Air Conditioning throughout the home !!!!!!
Guest Access
Weber Propane Grill (due to the popularity of the home a full propane tank is not guaranteed) 2 person OCEAN Kayak, ceramic fire pit on rear (please note Wood for fire pit is NOT included so please bring your own) stamped concrete patio, 6 person outdoor dining table with padded chairs and umbrella.
Interaction with Guests
You can call or text me at any time. I will try to be there to greet you (if time permits). If not there will be a lock box with a code (provided prior to arrival).
The Neighborhood
Michigan's version of cape cod....small town with great shops, marina, beaches, and park.
Getting Around
Walk right into town. Central location so everything is within blocks.
We are centrally located in the village. We are a block from the beach. There is another public access two blocks down, at the end of Lake St and Old Orchard Bluff, with a very nice beach area. The DNR Boat Launch is at the end of Boynton St, and the Marina is at the end of Huron Ave. The Patrick Tierney Park entrance is located at the end of Simons St. The Park has a long stretch of sandy beach, playground equipment, picnic area and the break wall to walk. 4 short blocks to the Lexington Village Theatre.
Other Things to Note
Pet fee is in addition and is $150 per pet for entire length of stay. In short, one dog is $150 for the entirety of your stay.
2 Queen beds, 1 Twin day bed. Also, the home has 2 sofas in livingroom and 1 small sofa in upstairs loft area. The living room sofas can be used for smaller guests such as children (that is what we do when we stay with our family...I have 3 yound kids).

This is a great cottage! Steve was very quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed fantastic weather & time on the beach. Our dog loved the yard & patio. We would definitely book here again!

Cozy house next to the lake and steps from downtown. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Cute place close to town. We enjoyed the space and the great backyard. It was a little buggy upstairs due to open gaps around the air conditioner installation that allowed spiders and such to walk in.
