About this bed and breakfast
Our sunny, pool-side guest house with private entrance is ready for you! A comfy Murphy bed folds up for extra space. Futon bed & floor mattress for extra guests. Plenty of cupboard and closet space to make yourself at home. Enjoy the sun lounging by the pool or ask us for a outdoor cafe recommendation. We are located in a quite neighborhood in Central Tucson which is close to basically everything: hikes, bike trails, bars, restaurants, downtown, U of AZ all within 15-20 mins or less.
Our ample studio guesthouse is a beautiful, bright space with a pull down queen Murphy bed, a small double futon, & a loft with a floor mattress comfortable for 4+ guests. There is a private bathroom and kitchenette where you can prepare coffee, heat up leftovers (microwave and toaster oven) and enjoy meals inside or out. Bring your laptop if you want to get some work done or just enjoy some good reads. The wifi is fast, but no cable TV.
You are welcome to share our awesome back yard by sunbathing, swimming or sitting by the fire pit. We have three kids and the friendliest German Sheppard you'll ever meet. We keep it quite at night, but you may hear giggling during the day.
We are located in Midtown Tucson, and I always joke that everything is 10 minutes away. There are so many great hikes, rides, shops, eateries, music venues & events in Tucson! I have lived here for over 20 years so just ask me for recommendations if you are looking for something to do, taste or see.
The guess house is accessible through the carport gate. You are welcome to use all of our outdoor spaces. Just keep it quiet after 7pm.

We picked this place for the pool and because it was close to where my daughter is ,who just moved here in January . It was great she was able to come over and hang out with us and just relax and we were able to enjoy visiting with her .
