La Bouillatrie is a traditional Vendeen farmhouse set amongst gently rolling countryside with lovely views. The property incorporates three gites, each gite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with lounge and dining area, English/French television, DVDs and WIFI. There is a heated pool with terracing, a private garden together with BBQs, further terracing, table tennis,sunbeds, tables and chairs. There is also a further lawned area with seating and plenty of seating in the Courtyard. Many adult and children's bikes available, also baby trailer and all terrain baby buggy. Two of the gites, Fountain and Courtyard have a dividing door so ideal for two families who want their own accommodation but spend time together for meals, etc. The property is in a rural setting but not remote with super market 10 minutes drive and an excellent restaurant close by with many more in our local town. The famous Puy du Fou is only 25 minutes and fishing 5 minute walk


Activities: There are over 400 kms of cycle ways in the area, fishing is a 2 minute walk, windsurfing on Lac Rochereau and four golf course within 1and half hours drive. The area is rich in history yet within 1 hour drive of the unspoilt beaches of the Atlantic coast.

Restaurants: We have two very good restaurants in Monsiriegne offering very fine French cuisine and in beautiful settings. There are numerous others within easy driving distance.

Special feature: We are situated 25 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou. Experience the biggest night show in Europe, 1200 actors and 6000 costumes and during the day the Parc has many breath-taking shows, including Gladiators, Vikings, 3Musketeers and Falconery.
