La Bouillatrie is a traditional Vendeen farmhouse set amongst gently rolling countryside with lovely views. The property incorporates three gites, each gite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with lounge and dining area, English/French television, DVDs and WIFI. There is a heated pool with terracing, a private garden together with BBQs, further terracing, table tennis, sunbeds, tables and chairs. There is also a futher lawned area with seating and plenty of seating in the Courtyard. We have many adult and children's bikes available, also baby trailer and all terrain baby buggies. The property is in a rural setting but not remote with super market 10 minute drive and an excellent restaurant close by with many more in our local town. The famous Puy du Fou is only 25 minutes and fishing 5 minute walk.
