Great location for OSU games and german village visits. Quiet and clean. Stairs are steep to bedrooms if you have older guests but we navigated it fine.

The house was great! Good location and close enough to the zoo and water park! The Kroger was close for getting supplies to make dinner and grabbing the necessities. The hot tub was great for unwinding after chasing the kids around the zoo and water park all day. The house was clean and we loved the large island in the kitchen! Plenty of room for us to eat and mingle. We really appreciated the WiFi information and directions for appliances being posted throughout the home so we didn’t have to stop and search for things! Communication with also top notch! Thanks for a great stay!

The house was as advertised: clean, variety of games in the basement, large kitchen island for plenty of seating, and comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We had a great time in Columbus going to the zoo and COSI. The house was located relatively close to those places and we were able to rest in a nice house together.

Everything exactly as described, the hospital nearby was a non- issue, quiet surroundings. Kitchen was spacious and furniture in the house was comfortable. We stayed here for a weekend with our kids that included visits to the Columbus Zoo, downtown, and COSI. The house was immaculate and is very conveniently located and easy to get to, just a minute or two from Rt 315, which is one of the major north-south roads through Columbus. It's been recently renovated and has an attractive, clean, up-to-date look. The beds were comfortable and the basement game-and-tv room is a great touch, as is the backyard hot tub. We got very clear instructions from the host, so getting in and accessing WiFi was a breeze. All the appliances etc worked perfectly. We'd definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The main reason we chose this property was the 4 bedrooms, all with queen beds or larger. This can be hard to find. The house was very clean, very comfortable, and nicely appointed. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Lots of space for our family. We also enjoyed playing the board games. As noted by the listing, the property is very close to the hospital, so if you are a light sleeper be warned that you may hear a helicopter or two land and takeoff. On the plus side, our kids enjoyed watching the helicopters.

My older sister graduated from Nursing School in Columbus. The rental space allowed family gatherings up to a certain amount. The house was more spacious than it looks from the outside. It is just as the pictures state with a beautiful closed in back yard. The downside is being close to the hospital (which he was upfront about). You can park up to 6 cars in driveway. It was just a perfect space for the occasion. Mark made it very easy to book with his process. Also the timeliness in responses and the ability to help out and give recommendations. I highly recommend it and him!

We were in town from Nashville, to play in a softball tournament. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Only recommendations I would make would be to have a few extra towels and a couple extra blankets available. The hospital across the street did not bother us at all. There wasn't an issue with noise from it as we thought there might be. The location is great for missing commuter traffic. All in all we had a great stay!

We came to support a family member who had surgery for ovarian cancer. Being Able to walk back and forth from the hospital was worth every penny. The location is amazing and the property is perfect. It’s setup to support sleeping at all hours.

My family and I were visiting Columbus for a family member’s birthday and chose this house based on location and we did not regret it! We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, linens were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the hot tub was a huge bonus! Only downside I can think of is the location being right beside a hospital so we heard helicopters flying in and out all night but no sirens. And they thoughtfully provided every room with sound machines. Would definitely stay again!
