On the outskirts, 2.5 km from the centre of Málaga, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the sea, from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: swimming pool angular (9 x 5 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-15:00 and 17:00-23:00). In the complex: lift. Communal covered parking space n 47. Shop 50 m, supermarket, restaurant 50 m, bar, pedestrian zone 100 m, pub garden 50 m, bus stop "Pacifico" 100 m, railway station "Victoria Kent" 1.6 km, underground station "La Paz" 1.2 km, sandy beach "Huelin" 100 m, 200 m.
