A covered walkway leads to the entry of the home where you’ll find an open living area with a wall of windows framing the red rocks and bringing the outdoors in. The living area is beautifully appointed with modern interiors, a formal dining area, a luxury kitchen with high-end appliances and all the essentials to prepare meals at home, and a wooden deck extending around the home.
With 2,225 square feet of living space, there’s plenty of room to spread out, find a quiet space, and even work from home. The family room features dual recliners with a large flat-screen TV, a contemporary gas fireplace, an art desk to work from home, a modern wet bar, and a day bed for an afternoon nap (or an extra guest!). This property is a true gem in Sedona and we are very happy to have found it for our month long stay in April 2025.The layout of the house is perfect for 3 couples or a family with kids, with two main living spaces (upstairs and downstairs), bedrooms, bathrooms, and other amenities. The home came well equipped with everything we needed for our month long stay and well beyond many other rental properties we've stayed at.Plus, the view from the porch and hot tub was truly amazing and would be hard to beat in Sedona. The location is also central, making it quick to get around.The management company was great and addressed every concern we had promptly. I would recommend to anybody to stay here if they are looking to be in Sedona for a month.
