The non-smoking vacation apartments are located in downtown Sassnitz on a 1,200-square-meter lot. They are situated about 40 meters from the main street on a quiet side street. The location is attractive thanks to its proximity to the bakery and supermarket for your morning needs, as well as small restaurants, a bank, and other shopping options. The harbor and the chalk coast are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The vacation home contains 4 vacation apartments: 3 on the first floor and one on the
first floor. The ground-floor apartments are each equipped for 2 people, while the larger apartment on the first floor accommodates 4 people.
All apartments feature a separate kitchen (including a microwave, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and various kitchenware) and a shower/toilet.
The 3 ground-floor vacation apartments are each accessible via a small, separate terrace. For Apartment 4 on the upper floor, a seating area in the courtyard is reserved. The property features two barbecue areas with covered seating. Parking spaces and bicycle storage are available on the premises. Wi-Fi is available.
