The Alma apartment, with its 70 square meters, spans the entire top floor.
The apartment features
- a large, bright living room with a three-seater sofa, a cozy reading nook, and satellite TV
- an adjoining smaller bedroom with two single beds and a view of the Baltic Sea.
- an open, spacious entryway with a mirror and coat rack, leading to the large bedroom with a double bed
- another small bedroom with a single bed and a view of the Baltic Sea.
- a fully equipped kitchen (stove with 4 ceramic burners, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster)
– a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet
- Wi-Fi
Children must be at least 6 years old, as the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and the stairs are steep. The apartment is not suitable for toddlers or people with limited mobility!

From here, it’s just 200 meters to the seaside promenade with its wide variety of restaurants and cafés that invite you to linger.
It’s just a few steps to the city harbor, from where boats depart regularly for attractions such as the Königsstuhl and Cape Arkona, as well as the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, and Göhren. By car or bus, it takes about 10 minutes to reach the beaches at Mukran or Prora.
The Sassnitz city center is about a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away.
Villa Monique, built around 1884 not far from the historic market square of Old Sassnitz, was renovated through early 2013.
During the renovation, the layout and design of the rooms were largely preserved in accordance with the historical model.
This non-smoking house is allergy-friendly; pets are not allowed. The parking space is located on the street next to the house.
The garden, with its south-facing terrace and beach chair, invites you to relax and socialize. Of course, it’s also absolutely ideal for smokers!
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00, and check-out is from 7:00 to 10:00.
