Whether you’re on the terrace, the balcony, in the garden, or inside the house, you’ll always have the beautiful lake right before your eyes.

The Villetta is part of a charming and well-maintained property with four apartments and is located at the end of a quiet private road lined with woods and palm groves.

Although we’ve listed this property as an apartment, you’ll enjoy the privacy of your own “Villetta,” as it offers plenty of seclusion.

The best part: In the Villetta, you can live both indoors and outdoors—whichever suits your mood, preference, or the season. Outside, in addition to the spacious pergola and the balcony on the first floor, you’ll find a romantic garden seating area with an outdoor fireplace and another cozy, slightly elevated seating area where you can enjoy a relaxing evening with an aperitivo.

If it gets a little chilly, simply head inside. On the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable living-dining area with an open, well-equipped kitchen. The whole space is crowned by a spectacular view of the lake. A guest restroom is located right next to it.
Upstairs, you’ll find the bathroom with a double sink, tub/shower, and toilet, as well as three bedrooms—all with lake views:
