About this house rental
Fully renovated craftsman with all the modern touches including a private fenced yard for pets, bbq, and garden. Located in the Mississippi District, in the heart of Portland with craft breweries, funky shops, restaurants, Art, wine shops, food carts & more! 5 minutes from downtown Portland & the pearl. 3 blocks from the max and bus stops. There is a $200 cleaning fee for pets. There is a separate basement unit where another guest lives. They have their own entrance and separate patio.
The space
I lived in and renovated the house myself. It is very cozy, has a wood fire place and a great side yard for BBQs, lounging and a patio.
There are three bedrooms in the house (one king, two queen).
We are 3 blocks from some of the best bars and restaurants in Portland.
Guest access
Access is through the front door. There is a tenant in the downstairs basement apartment with a separate entrance around back.
