Each bedroom has a large-screen TV equipped with cable and Amazon Fire TV, while the living room rocks a brand new 65-inch LG Smart TV. All of this runs on a reliable, lightning-fast Wi-Fi network, dedicated to this unit alone.
Nothing ruins a vacation faster than an uncomfortable bed, so this special unit has been upgraded with new, premium Sterns and Foster mattresses… a luxurious King in the primary bedroom and two roomy Queens in the second bedroom. Between the comfy mattresses and the sounds of the ocean, you may never want to get out of bed! When you do get out of bed, amazing panoramic Gulf views await you from the spacious balcony, the living room, and the primary bedroom; while the second bedroom features a picturesque view of Choctawhatchee Bay.
Outside, you’ll find a private, seasonally heated pool, an expansive deck with lots of lounge chairs for sunbathing, a hot tub, and a toddler pool. A short walkway leads to a private beach with sugar white sand and crystal clear water. Your rental includes White Diamond beach service with two chairs and an umbrella reserved just for you every day (in season). Additional rental chairs and umbrellas, as well as kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, are available to rent for an additional fee from the on-site White Diamond representative.
Gulfside 1303 is located within Hidden Dunes, a private Beach and Tennis Resort. Conveniently situated across from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, it’s just a short walk or drive from dozens of dining and shopping destinations. Inside the Hidden Dunes gates, enjoy six championship Rubico Clay tennis courts, complete with a tennis pro if you’re looking for a lesson, and a match-making service if you’re interested in some competition. If pickleball is more your speed, you’re in luck as well! The grounds of Hidden Dunes also offer for your use three pools with hot tubs, 27 acres of lighted walking trails, a private lake, convenient grilling areas, a basketball court, a playground, and 24-hour security.
Please help keep this unit pristine by adhering to the strict NO SMOKING AND NO VAPING policy. Smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony is monitored by device and is strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined.
2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Guests also receive a virtual gift-card good for an adult admission each day for a Round of Golf, a Dolphin Cruise, a Snorkel Cruise, Parasailing, and Water Park Admission (subject to seasonal restrictions).
