About this apartment rental
Short walk to restaurants and shops in heart of Lantern District. Beautiful, spacious, newly remodeled unit with all the amenities you may need during your stay. Stainless steel kitchen appliances with huge island. In-unit washer/dryer. Located on the 2nd floor with balcony furnished with lounge chairs, dining set and BBQ. Rooftop patio with stunning 360 view of the ocean and surrounding neighborhood is fully furnished with BBQ, refrigerator and sink. Every bedroom has large windows and fabulous view. Space for one car in the garage and one space on the driveway.

My family and I stayed for the month of July. The place was clean and well stocked with dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and anything you could think of in the bathrooms and pantry. This property is located near lots of restaurants and shops. The walkability was really nice. The rooftop balcony let you see fireworks (on the 4th of July) from each direction which was an added bonus. This rental was located on top of another unit. You can hear noise from the downstairs unit. Something to keep in mind if you are staying with young children who nap or go to bed early, otherwise not an issue. Unfortunately the a/c did break a few days into our trip but the host was very responsive and was able to get someone out to fix it in a few days. There is a park just about a block away which was a really nice activity for our kid. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Walking to Strand Beach every day or so, playing golf at The Ranch in Laguna Beach, and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I was not aware that this unit was on the 2nd floor. I would never have rented it. I complained to the landlord and got no satisfaction
