Prime location in the timeless McCormick Ranch area. A great place to call home for the winter. Home is spacious and decorated by a professional design company for style and comfort.
Convenient location in the heart of Scottsdale. Close to Golf, Shopping, Dining, and Nightlife.

Guests have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000.
30 day minimum rental.
Must be 25 years old to rent this home.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard
NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.
Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance and must be followed. There is no loud outdoor activity allowed past this time nightly.
All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

Simply amazing property! Greta location. Super clean. Great amenities. The pool and backyard is incredible. Has a great lounge area with a fire pit. Couldnt ask for a better property to stay at.
