The owner cancelled the reservation the day off. Despite several attempts to communicate via text, email through VRBO prior to schedule date. Ruined our family vacation.

This home is absolutely wonderful! It had the perfect setup and space for my family. It was so comfortable and the location is so close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Also it was so tidy and clean!!! It was about 10-15 minutes from Disneyland, the beach and upscale shopping malls. Everything my large family needed was readily available in this home. I loved the mommy suite for small children and babies (even tho we had none). Just another thoughtful touch. The coffee bar was perfect for our quick mornings on the go! The beds were very comfortable and inviting after long days at the park or the beach! The outdoor yard area had comfortable seating and dining area with an upscale fire pit table and gas grill. Communication with the host was quick and friendly. I absolutely will stay here again as it’s the best rental I have used in the area…(and I go often to visit family).

I was impressed with the fact that the refrigerator was stocked with a few items. Also plenty of water was available. The owner also offered to have some dinner delivered for us upon arrival.

This host Nathan will cancel last minute, with no warning. Does not respond to messages. We drove across state and waited over an hour at the location to receive an email that he was “having a natural disaster”. It was too late to book anything else. My daughter and my two dogs were stranded after the long drive. Regardless of the subtle good reviews, I would avoid this rental at all cost. I also spoke to a neighbor and she told me they get all kinds of complaints of miscommunication from the host. It’s a scam. VRBO shut him down before he keeps ruining vacationers!!

Found some mould on one of the fitted mattress covers, there is also some mould in the loft space.In general the property is clean with loads of space.The location is perfect and quiet.Would I stay there again probably not.

Three days prior to arriving, the owner canceled my 1st night. He stated it was no longer avaiable. It was a shock and stressor. My family was already on vacation in Hawaii and flying into CA. I was refunded the one night stay. However, that was half the cost of what it was to stay in a hotel. The listing has 3 bathrooms. There are only 2. Read carefully, only 3 bedrooms, the 4th is the living room. The home is very clean. They supply everything you need. They even had bottled water, coke, and a few snacks waiting for us. One night Nathan brought us over Spring Rolls from his restaurant. They were delicious. After the stress of the cancellation, the stay was wonderful. I recommend the home with leariness of cancellation.

When we got there, we found the property you shared with someone else. It’s not a four bedroom three bath it’s a three bedroom two bath harass us on one of the days because we are paying late that if I didn’t pay in 10 minutes get out I was going through chemo while staying there. I had a bad experience and I had a seizure that night.

Safe area, easy 15 minute drive to Disney. Our large family was very happy. House had everything we needed to prepare breakfast every day. Used the dishwasher and washer and dryer. Close drive to Whole Foods, Walmart and Costco. The only issue was pillows could be more comfy and the primary bed was a very firm mattress.

We enjoyed our stay, and the house had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The house was comfortable, clean and adorable. We found restaurants and groceries easily in nearby Huntington Beach. Disneyland parks were a little further away than I anticipated, but I may have confused the location description with another property. The neighborhood was so quiet and we slept great! Our host Nathan was very attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for the safe and comfortable place to stay.

The original property booked had a leak and we were unable to stay at the house. Nathan feverishly worked to get another property for us to stay in - with the same bedrooms needed and within proximity to the other property. He met us there, brought snacks, waters and drinks for the house and worked to make it the best possible stay given the circumstances. I cannot say enough about him and his service. Thank you!

It's a great property in a comfortable, safe neighborhood. The owner was responsive and helpful. The only negative was a tub the drained very slowly. We did not mention it to him while we were there. If we had, I feel he would have attended to it promptly. Since I did mention it after the fact, I'd wager it has been fixed. Thank you, Nathan.
