About this house rental
Built in 2019, this immaculate village home is close to all that downtown Lake Placid has to offer. This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and is ideal for a peaceful retreat in the mountains. The home has central AC.
Guests can walk, or take a short drive to the village to explore the shops, restaurants, and Olympic venues. Additionally, Otter Way is the perfect home base for your outdoor adventures!
The spacious Otter Way living space is spread out between three floors.
The first floor hosts the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a powder room. The upper-level hosts three bedrooms- a primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom, and two additional queen bedrooms. Additionally, on this floor, you will find a full bathroom.
The lower level hosts a family room with a large sectional sofa and television and a game table- ideal for family movie nights. On this level is a fourth bedroom with two double beds.
During the summer months, guests can enjoy a private and well-manicured patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining table. Additionally, the is also a quintessential private Adirondack firepit- with stones sourced directly from the property!
Please note, there is a motion detector light and camera over the back garage window and front garage door for security purposes.
Parking is available for 6 vehicles, two in the garage and four in the driveway. Due to HOA rules, parking on the street or lawn is not permitted.

Impeccably clean and well-maintained, and only a short (mostly flat) walk to Main Street, Otter Way is a Lake Placid gem. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
