The home has three bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The primary room is oversized with cantina doors. The kids room has four extra long (twin XL) bunk beds, and the lower level bedroom has a private entrance and an attached bathroom. This is perfect for the parents, or to share the home with another couple.
Guest Access:
Registered guests are the only ones permitted to stay. No pets of any kind due to severe allergies.
The Neighborhood:
Avalon Flats is where people on vacation want to be. It is walking distance to everything. You won't need a cart, but a golf cart rental is a short walk away.

Cute and updated house, only complaints are no washer or dryer to do our laundry and the rooms are very tiny.

We planned a Catalina getaway with two other families that we have know since our kids were little ones.
They stayed on their boats and we rented the Sandbox.
We enjoyed the house and its amenities. The deck on the roof was a beautiful view of Catalina and the ocean.
We also enjoyed the street has no car access. Perfect
neighborhood.
