About this house rental
This custom 4 bedroom home was completed in 2017. It is on Eucalyptus street, the best street in Avalon because there are no golf carts allowed. Children play in the street and residents have barbecues and eat outside. The home has full width cantina doors opening to a porch with a porch swing. The Kitchen has a wolf range, subway tile and beautiful counter tops. There is one master bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. Upstairs there is a whimsical bunk room with four accessible bunks. There is also a room with two twin beds and another sleeping area with a queen and a twin. This is a family vacation home and we are making it available to a select group of families who will treat it as their own. Business License number #010659

The house is set up for a large family or group with kids, which is exactly what we had, so it was a good fit. I like Eucalyptus street because there is no traffic and the kids can play in the street without noisy carts driving by. The floor was a little dirty, and we had to do some quick repairs to door knobs coming off, and shower knobs coming off, but everything seemed to work. I think for the price we paid a cart should have been included. You can do a lot of walking in Avalon, and if you have some in your group that can't walk a great distance this can be a problem.
