2 bedroom nice home in Mijas

When we arrived, Manolo was there to greet us. He spoke no English and my Spanish isn't good but we got by. One of the things I found bad was the fact we had no hot water in the kitchen? In fact no water at all out of the hot tap. I thought there may have been a bowl to carry the water from the bathroom (which had plenty hot water) to the kitchen but nothing. There also wasn't a kettle. We got by with a pan on the hob but not exactly safe. During the time we were there (one day as we went home early), the weather during the day was lovely. The pool area was beautiful and the views were spectacular. At night time though, as we know, the temperature drops. On the description it says that there is gas central heating but we couldn't find any sign of any heating. I did contact Novasol, who I have to say were not helpful and they told me to contact the owner. I assumed this was Manolo, who I did contact but he said that it had broken and he could not get a new part in time. Novasol had stated that the reason for the lack of hot water was that it needed a new gas bottle. As we ourselves have our water heated by calor gas (we live about an hour away), this is not true as you would still have water but cold. We had nothing. The house is lovely, very remote but i believe unless these issues are dealt with, the house won't be rented. We left after one night as it was freezing and as I have a bad chest, it was not healthy.
