From here you are within walking distance to Restaurants and Golf. The apartment has a seasonal pool that is open 1 / 4-31 / 10 - 2021 and a private parking space in the garage. Mijas Golf is an area located just outsidees / "> Fuengirola in the municipality of Mijas. Here you will find peace and quiet along with lots of nature and outdoor activities. In addition to golf, there are also paddle facilities, football golf, a karate club and much more. There are also several restaurants or so-called "ventas" where many Spaniards gather on the weekends to eat with friends and family. From here it is only 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach in Fuengirola and shopping center. The nearest grocery store is only 3 minutes away by car. When you step in through the door, you are greeted by a large living room with a dining area for 4 on the left as well as a comfortable sofa and large Smart TV.From here you come out to the incredibly nice balcony with lounge group and an unbeatable view of the golf course and landscape, because the balcony is facing west, you have evening and afternoon sun even in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, spacious fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and everything you need to comfortably cook. There are 2 bedrooms where the master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and its own exit to the terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed and built-in A / C with heating and cooling.
