The kitchen table easily accommodates 12 people, and next door is the 3-seater lunch counter so you can eat together (there is also a table for 4 to 6 people in the basement). The Lounge with pool table, table, stools and speakers will allow you to spend good time with friends / family.
The spa awaits you to relax in summer and winter! Huge 60,000 square foot. THE LAKE IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET, you have to walk in the yard and cross the street, you will find the private land, dock and private boats. You can even go for a walk and snowshoe in the woods behind the chalet! The cottage is equipped with 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. A home theater in the basement
Double kayaks, pedal boats, canoe and paddle board style are provided to have fun on the lake.
