2 - If your group isn't able to be RESPECTFUL of the property - furniture, towels, bedding etc. I welcome everyone with common sense - I put a lot of love in my property and my guests, please love me back
3 - If you plan on disturbing the neighbours. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules:
- No smoking indoors. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. Please put in designated metal cans for disposal.
- No pets
- Please NO shoes in the house
- Don't leave garbage outside. Garbage must be placed inside the garbage and recycling bins on the corner of Chartier and Tamarracouta.
- There is a surveillance camera located outside on the property in front and in back
- Firewood not included
- Propane not included. Propane tank is available to fill.
- Please conserve WATER. Our water comes from a well. Please conserve water. If too much water is used in a short period of time, the water pressure will be reduced
- DO NOT enter the trails in the back forest. There are bears and wolves.

Check in was easy and we'll communicated. The property was private with only a neighbor across the street. The pool and large deck was enjoyed by our group of 16. Overall great stay ! I would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at this home! Our expectations were exceeded and Sam was an excellent host. We loved that we were close to some great ski hills, cross country ski trails and some amazing skating trails and hockey rinks. What a beautiful area to explore in the winter!

After being cramped in a Montreal hotel room for three nights, it was a welcome stay for our family of five to spread out and have space to themselves.
We were looking for proximity to the ski hill, beds and a kitchen. The house itself wasn't spectacular, but we usually don't use rentals for the "wow" factor, we use them for space and efficiency.
A bit of a disappointment was the lack of Queen or King bed on the main sleeping floor. For the first time in 20 years, my husband and I slept in single beds. This is an easy fix, the updated posting should reflect this change.
