About this house rental

Have fun with the whole family and pets at this mid-century modern stylish home with a large fenced backyard and beautiful evening views. Incredible kitchen, very clean, comfortable house for up to 6 people. Located in the North End hills near Hyde Park where Pubs, restaurants and city parks are within walking distance. Hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from a foothill trailhead just up the street and we are on on the doorstep to Bogus Basin skiing, snowboarding and tubing. This location is 3 miles from downtown Boise and 17 miles from Bogus Basin Ski Resort.

This is a family home that the owners occupy part of the year, so it has a very lived in feel. This was great for us as we bring our dogs and it is more comfortable to stay in a home that gets nearly constant use. We love to hike and a foothills trail entrance is .2 miles from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to great restaurants, downtown and parks. Can highly recommend the home and location.

Extremely well stocked with all needed items. Fun location next to hiking trails. Fenced yard for dog. Quiet neighborhood. Minor trouble with front door lock when temperatures reached 70 (would not open electronically). Owner now knows about the problem. Suggest that hot water heater be lowered as water can get very hot and why not save energy. Very comfortable home with two useable bedrooms and nice bedding. Visited our family with the 3 grandsons. Had a great time as we knew Boise well from 3 previous visits each for a month. This was probably the best location combining easy access to downtown, hills for hiking, views and proximity to family.
