About this house rental

Summary:

Welcome to the 24th Street Bungalow, a modern eclectic home in Boise’s historic North End. Named for the warmth of its fireplaces and the craftsmanship reflected throughout the home, the Bungalow is an artist-owned space filled with character, texture, and thoughtful design.

Inside, you’ll find warm wood details, unique architectural elements, multiple fireplaces, and curated spaces that make the home feel both creative and comfortable. The custom kitchen opens into the main living and dining areas, creating a perfect space for gathering, cooking, or relaxing after a day exploring Boise.

One of the home’s most unique features is the lofted office space, a quiet and inspiring workspace overlooking the master bedroom — perfect for remote work, reading, or planning your next adventure.

The home also features a private outdoor patio, comfortable bedrooms, and large windows that fill the space with natural light, while the fireplaces create a warm and cozy atmosphere in the evenings.

Located just minutes from Hyde Park, Camel’s Back Park, the Boise Foothills, and downtown Boise, this home is perfectly situated for both adventure and relaxation.

Whether you're visiting Boise for hiking, skiing, work, family, or a weekend getaway, Ember & Oak Bungalow offers a stay that is creative, comfortable, and truly one of a kind.

The Space:

The 24th St Bungalow is a thoughtfully designed, single-level home with open gathering spaces, comfortable bedrooms, and unique architectural details throughout. The home blends modern updates with eclectic, artist-driven design, creating a space that feels both comfortable and inspiring.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, lofted office workspace, private patio, laundry room, and garage. The home is accessed via self check-in with a smart lock, and you will receive your unique entry code prior to arrival.

Please note that the home **shares one wall with a separate rear unit**. The rear unit has a separate entrance and separate outdoor space. You may occasionally hear normal household noise, similar to a townhome or duplex.

We ask that all guests respect quiet hours and be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings.

If any closets or cabinets are locked, they are used for owner storage and housekeeping supplies. All other areas of the home are available for guest use.

The Neighborhood:

The 24th St Bungalow is located in Boise’s historic North End, one of the most desirable and walkable neighborhoods in the city. The North End is known for its tree-lined streets, historic homes, and easy access to both downtown and the Boise foothills.

Just a few minutes away is Hyde Park, a local favorite with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and small boutiques. From the house, you’re also very close to Camel’s Back Park and the foothill trail system, where you can hike, bike, or enjoy views over the city.

The home also has quick access to Bogus Basin Road, which is one of Boise’s main recreation corridors. As you head up Bogus Basin Road, you’ll find trailheads, scenic overlooks, mountain biking trails, hiking routes, and access to Bogus Basin, Boise’s local ski resort offering skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and summer activities. It’s an easy drive from the house, making this a great location for guests who want quick access to outdoor recreation year-round.

Downtown Boise is only a short drive away, where you’ll find restaurants, breweries, shopping, Boise State University, and access to the Boise River Greenbelt.

This neighborhood is quiet, established, and very walkable, making it a great place to stay whether you're visiting for outdoor activities, downtown events, skiing, biking, or a relaxing getaway.
