Bookings agents were atrocious at their job

A great location to Bowral shops and restaurants. The unit had all the necessary essentials. including pepper, salt, olive oil, vegemite, paper towels, plastic wrap, alfoil, baking paper. Also included all towels and linen.

One of the bedrooms didn't have a door

Loved the unit and the location. Very spacious, comfortable with almost everything we needed. Loved that there was cooking oil, tea, coffee and condiments as well as other kitchen extras not usually provided.

The 3rd bedroom didn't have a door which made it very awkward for the person in that room. Access was difficult as we couldnt get back in through the gate to the main road. Also none of our keys fitted the garbage room so we couldn't dispose of it properly. TGrehere were no garbage bags but there was a requirement to use bags for the bins.

The unit was walking distance from Bowral town centre which was handy. Good size for a large group.

I received 17 emails after my booking. On the day of my booking the SMS said the entry instructions would be in one of the emails. I couldn’t find them and the property is very difficult to find and access if you have never been there before. After a day travelling and arriving on my own after dark, this was extremely stressful. The only access is through an underground garage, a dark walkway and two sets of stairs into a hall. This is all in a different street from where the key is kept. There were about 10 keys on the key ring so when I finally found the front entrance I had to stand and work out which combination of 2 keys worked in the 2 locks. I am grateful to the friendly lady on the phone who tried to help me. The stress of finding it and the daunting entrance have put me off ever staying there again. The sofa was also grubby and the carpet didn’t feel clean.
