La terrazza nel cuore di Rapallo

The location is excellent but only accessible via several stairs, so not suitable for the less mobile traveller. Host is super responsive to any issues which are sorted very quickly.

Shared a/c in the sleeping areas so all guests must be comfortable with one temperature, however this is minor observation.

Ben arredata, modera, funzionale e climatizzata ma soprattutto dotata di tutti i comfort, chi arriva trova tutto il necessario per soggiornare e per la spiaggia. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato di tutto e di più, sale pepe, olio acqua minerale fresca, cialde per caffè, detersivi per lavare a mano e capsule per lavastoviglie, shampoo e asciugamani, insomma non serviva comprare niente per la gestione quotidiana della casa e chicca erano disponibili anche due ombrelloni da usare nelle spiagge libere e una tavola surf piccola. Inoltre erano disponibili giochi per i bimbi, da tavolo, libri, colori e altro per famiglie con bambini. La terrazza enorme era dotata di un tavolo grande per pranzare all’aperto oltre ad un divanetto e poltrone per il relax. Nel terrazzo erano disponibili un box grande per riporre cose e lo stendino, c’era pure un lavandino. Molto apprezzata l’accoglienza di persona rispetto agli anonimi w.a con le istruzioni e il loker con i codici e le chiavi, anzi il sig Massimo dell’agenzia ci ha anche aiutato a portare le valige al secondo piano e ci ha fornito tutte le istruzioni utili. (anche prima della partenza ci ha fornito utili info per i parcheggi). Insomma, posizione centralissima, accoglienza top,appartamento super, sono stati gli ingredienti per un soggiorno splendido.

La struttura era perfetta, nessuna pecca

Tout d’abord un grand merci pour l’accueil d’Elena et Massimo. L’appartement est fabuleux, en plein centre ville comme indiqué, la décoration, le confort, une terrasse incroyable et la climatisation qui nous a sauvé en cet été très chaud nous ont fait passer un super séjour. L’une de mes meilleures réservations sur Booking😍

Massimo and Elena were wonderful hosts. They met us at the apartment to give us the keys and gave us wonderful recommendations of delicious restaurants nearby. We initially had a little trouble with the Wifi and they were able to fix the issue. It worked well after that. The terrace was beautiful, and the apartment was clean and was in the heart of Rapallo. It was easy to access the ferry, the train, great restaurants, and the beautiful promenade in Rapallo. We really liked the central location.

We realized once we arrived that many Europeans who vacation in this area already know to bring their own accessories for the beach, and gear for snorkeling. In rentals that we have stayed in before in the United States, we have always been provided beach towels, and sometimes beach chairs, etc. While it would have been nice to have beach towels provided to us, we don't fault the hosts, or the owner. This is more to just make future visitors from the US aware so they know to bring the necessary items for their stay.
