A beautiful luxury boutique hotel in Marais
This small Boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet backstreet in the Marais district is everything you’d expect a Paris experience should be, beautifully designed, an elegant luxurious feel, excellent attentive staff, great food & cocktails and incredibly comfortable. I would call this a small luxury hotel at its best. Entering the room you feel like you’ve stepped back into the dreamy Belle Epoch, the restoration and decorating of the rooms are quite something, the beds are super comfortable. Downstairs is the heated pool and sauna, you book in to have the pool completely to yourself for one hour at a time. The spa is Moroccan inspired and exudes luxury. The bar menu serves simple but delicious and beautifully prepared food, the cocktails are exquisite (I don’t say this lightly 😳🍸) the music is a wonderfully eclectic mix of swoon worthy tunes. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, the epitome of a luxury stay.

A stunning hotel stay only marred by the senior staff interactions
The Maison Proust was an unforgettable experience. Beautiful ambiance, visually seductive decor and furnishings, excellent spa and staff. A truly world-class romantic hideaway.
All was fine until I had to interact with the owner and the day-time manager. Unlike most of the French people I met in Paris, these senior staff persons were rude and haughty. They were dismissive in their tone as soon as they determined I was an American tourist. When I asked for a late check-out, it was approved by the owner and manager; when it came time to checkout, it was denied by both of them! They "offered" me a nice parting gift, which was then charged to my credit card the next day.

Delightful small boutique hotel.
The pool, the decor, the people.
Not abiding to their own rules regarding pool and hammam bookings . One party was allowed to overrun cutting short our booking. Hammam/Sauna had not been turned on for one booking.

Beautiful hotel if you have money to throw away
The property was beautiful decorated . The staff were lovely .. extremely well mannered , explained all about the style of the hotel . We were given a welcome drink . Very nice .
The price was a lot .. over a 1000€ for a small room . Yes beautifully decorated , good facilities and comfortable bed . But overpriced .
