Stafnya ramah dan cepat responnya. Lokasi dekat sekali dengan tempat wisata pemandian air panas dan arung jeram. Dekat Rumah makan Sunda dan jajanan.
Kamar mandi tersedia air hangat tapi saya dapat shower yang pipanya pecah, pintu kamar mandi tidak ada handle dan slot kunci. Peralatan mandi belum ada shampo tapi ada toko sembako di sebrang hotel.
