Wyposażenie mieszkania oraz dobry poziom czystości. Dostęp do sauny i jacuzzi dla mieszkańców budynku z możliwością rezerwacji godziny. Bliskość TPN i szlaków.
Brak mikrofalówki. Odległość od centrum / sklepu. Ciemne mieszkanie, które musiało mieć zasłonięte rolety z powodu poziomu zero = równo z chodnikiem oraz widoku na parking. Szumiące piece ogrzewające mieszkanie.

Malownicze otoczenie tuż pod Nosalem, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, estetyczny wystrój apartamentu
Wąski dojazd do parkingu. Zamknięta brama wjazdowa, którą można otworzyć dopiero po uzyskaniu klucza, który był w skrytce przed pokojem wewnątrz budynku. Trzeba było czekać by ktoś z gości otworzył bramę. a wystarczyłaby furtka wejściowa...
