Podobało nam się, że w apartamentach zawsze panowała cisza w czasie odpoczynku. W apartamencie było wszystko, co niezbędne do udanego wypoczynku.

The room are spacious and well decorated. Not so many complains.

But the balcony side was not very clean. Everything was topnotch until we found a problem to unlock the washroom from inside. That was the bad experience only.

Positive: Great location near Tatra National Park. The pool and sauna were a real highlight, especially with unpredictable weather — our kid spent hours in the pool and we made good use of the sauna. Apartment felt reasonably well-kept, not worn out.

Negative: The "terrace" apartment doesn't live up to its photos. It's small with no real living space — just a corner table for two, which was tight for our group of four. The terrace itself has a small coffee table but no chairs and no grill. Since it's on the ground/basement level, the view is of a garage entrance rather than anything scenic, so the terrace concept doesn't really deliver. The only window faces the terrace and is in the bedroom, making the rest of the flat quite dark — most other units in the building looked brighter and cozier from what we saw. A few practical gaps: no shower gel, very few dishwasher tablets for a longer stay, no drying space for wet clothes (a problem if you're hiking or skiing), and the bathrobes were noticeably worn/torn. Biggest issue: no washing machine or dryer anywhere in the building — surprising for this price point and location. We also had a persistent dripping noise from the AC unit above at night; staff said they'd fix it, but we ended up muffling it with a towel ourselves. Soundproofing overall could be better too. Tip for future guests: if you're deciding between apartments in this complex, skip the terrace unit unless it's your only option — the other flats appeared brighter and better laid out.
