1- it's super clean and super elegant in all details
2- Terrace is amazing ( i think all rooms have teraces)
3- the jaccuz/sauna with mountains view is 5 stars
4- I fully recommend the place.
1- the apartment capacity 4 persons ( king size bed and sofa bed ) : the bed is super comfy, but the sofa bed isn't:
conclusion : it's perfect for couples, but if someone will use sofabed, max 2 nights because it's uncomfy
2- communication:
I believe difference in language may caused difficulties, as it was all through texting on booking.com
2.1 : I asked for late checkout at 1pm, the person on the other side agreed only until 11:30 and we were okay and thankful
however, at 10:30, a guy from cleaning staff just opened the room (without knocking) and tried to enter, when he was stopped by someone, he started to tell us that we have 1 hour left. Might be individual or instructed behaviour, in both cases totally unacceptable
