- Apartamento en Gran Vía - QH Reyes Católicos

la ubicacion es perfecta. Las instalaciones estan impecables y el departamente esta muy bien equipado. T9talmente recomendado

todo perfecto

Great location. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Comfortable bed.

This apartment faced a busy laneway. The windows didn't block out the street and laneway noise. You won't get much sleep on a Friday and Saturday night. Plus three industrial bins are in the laneway so constant noise of businesses emptying bottles and garbage trucks.

Il design dell’appartamento e la posizione

L’acqua non scendeva nello scarico della doccia

Location is good, close to lots of restaurants. The space is roomy.

Beware!!! This unit C faces the back lane that has recycling bins. Restaurants are constantly throwing glass bottles into it and you will hear that all night. The window have wooden shutters that don’t keep sound out, they barely latch closed. Getting into the building at first is an issue, internet is very poor, system not user friendly. The coffee maker didn’t work, staff gave us a part on the second day to fix it but still didn’t work. The toilet paper supply was 2 tiny rolls for 3 nights, had to ask for more. Th kitchen design is very odd, be careful of the stove top being turned on by accident! I don’t recommend this place!!
