Hotel is good value for money. resturant and haricutting facilities ( after Umrah) available inside the hotel at the same price every where in Makkah. Hotel is near to the big shopping malls and food stations. Bus/Shuttle Service is available and it drops off in Kudai Parking which is at the front side of the Haram ( Clock Tower Side) and not the back side where u have to walk from safa marwa side and then come to mataaf area. Upgrade was available for me is reasonable amount. Taxi service is available from 15-20SAR incase shuttle is missed. time to reach haram from hotel via shuttle is about 15mins or more.
this stay was one of my repeated multiple stays here. this time i face little cleaning issues before i checked in, but it was tolerable. so nothing much bad.
