⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 8/10 I stayed at Andaya Tower Makkah for nine days, booking two rooms, while travelling with young children and elderly family members. Overall, it was a very comfortable and value-for-money stay, and this was not my first time staying here—I have stayed here multiple times and have generally had a good experience. The rooms and overall facilities were good, and the hotel is a practical choice for families, especially when travelling with children and elderly guests. The main area that needs improvement is room service/housekeeping. On some days, the room was not serviced regularly, which was inconvenient during a longer stay. The other issue was the shuttle bus service to Haram. Initially, the shuttle was coming approximately once every hour, which could be difficult with young children and elderly ladies. However, I really appreciated the improvement during the last 3–4 days of our stay, when two buses were operating, making the service much more convenient. Overall, I would rate my stay 8/10. If the shuttle service is consistently improved and room service is provided daily, I would happily give Andaya Tower 10/10. Overall: A good, family-friendly and value-for-money hotel in Makkah. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Terrible experience for families—avoid this hotel. The management here is extremely poor and unresponsive. First, the phone connection in our room was completely broken, making it impossible to contact reception. Second, management is placing bachelor groups right next to families, which caused absolute chaos and loud noise late into the night. It completely ruined our sleep, and it was a nightmare trying to rest with young children. Basic safety and comfort are clearly not a priority here. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
