Comfortable Stay - No bad experience for us!

• Nice staff • Parking Spaces • Incredibly comfortable beds • Cozy Rooms • Nice View!

• Age Shows: Some things are broken or in bad shape (Elevator, Bathroom doors) • Slight „old“ smell • You can hear the AC/Water heater of your neighbors

Ideal for one night

The property is close to the town centre but you would need a car to drive in or expect a walk of about 20 mins. The staff was incredibly friendly. Irene was such a joy and a delight

I have to be honest and I hate writing this becuase the staff were so helpful and kind but the room was outdated (compared to what I’m normally used to staying in) and had some updated beds which were comfortable but the rest of the room needs updating especially the bathroom that didn’t have a working lock. At night there was a loud mechanical noise I’m guessing from the elevator??? And it went in all night. Also there is no noise insulation at all and we could hear the activities from upstairs. It was not a place I would come back to unfortunately

Μια όμορφη πρωτοχρονιά τριών ημερών στην Καλαμπάκα!

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο παλαιού τύπου, αλλά καλοδιατηρημένο! Το προσωπικό ευχάριστο και έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό και μεγάλο. Καλό πρωινό (θα μπορούσε να ήταν και καλύτερο), αλλά υπήρχε αρκετή ποικιλία! Πολύ όμορφο σαλόνι στην υποδοχή με τζάκι! Γενικά μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι και με το ξενοδοχείο και με το μέρος!

Το ζεστό νερό αργούσε λίγο να ανέβει στον δεύτερο και τελευταίο όροφο του ξενοδοχείου.

Inaceptable que esté abierto.

Nada.

Todo. Es inaceptable que esté abierto en las condiciones que está.Mini baño con ducha sin puertas correderas. Porquería en toda la ducha, todo corroído. Muebles machacados. Colchón con solera. Suciedad en las mesillas , prefiero no pensar lo que era...El ascensor es un peligro, sin puerta de seguridad puedes tocar las paredesoxido.Terraza sin sillas que da a un edificio en ruinas, la barandilla de madera podrida, le faltaba un madero. Las autoridades locales deberían cerrar el establecimiento que no cumple con las mínimas normas de seguridad y salubridad (Ni plano de evacuación en caso de incendios, ni extintores, ni puertas contra incendios).

Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü otel odalarından birisi.Odadaki duş kabinin bir kapısı yoktu.Duvarlar çok kötü.Banyoda tuvalet kağıdı koyacak yer yok.Havlu asacak yer yok…Aydınlatma çok az.Odada bir tarafta komodin yok.Şaka gibi nasıl dört yıldız var anlamdım.Bu şekilde müşteriye nasıl veriliyor diye düşünüyorum.

Καλύτερα να έδινα κάποια χρήματα παραπάνω κ να είχα ένα καθαρό δωμάτιο !

Το μόνο καλό στο κατάλυμα ήταν τα παιδιά ρεσεψιόν πολύ ευγενικά και με το χαμόγελο πάντα!

Ας αρχίσουμε από την καθαριότητα, Τα μαξιλάρια μας και τα σεντόνια ήτανε γεμάτο γυναικείες τρίχες με το που πήγαμε ! Μοκέτα στο πάτωμα επίσης είχε τρίχες Και οι πετσέτες δεν τις λες και τόσο καθαρές! Ας μην πω για το μπαλκόνι καλύτερα που είχε από κάτω μαντρί με πρόβατα κ σκυλιά π γαβγίζαν όλη νύχτα ! Το πάρκινγκ επίσης πολύ μικρό με αποτέλεσμα να μην χωράει και τις δύο ημέρες που έμεινα εκεί το αυτοκίνητο μου και να το παρκάρω εξω επάνω σε ένα πεζοδρόμιο!

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν υπέροχο !!!! Είχε πολύ ωραίο χώρο για να περιμένεις στο καθιστικό ή ακόμα και αν ήθελες να βγεις από το δωμάτιο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και καθαρό. Και βασικό οι τουαλέτες πεντακάθαρες. Τα παπλώματα και τα σεντόνια πολύ καθαρά μύριζες την καθαριότητα τους. Το κρεβάτι μαλακό όπως πρέπει και η θέα στο μπαλκόνι φανταστική. Ιδανικό το τραπεζάκι με τις καρέκλες εάν είσαι καπνιστής. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ζεστό ειδικά με το κρύο της Καλαμπάκας. Οι ρεσεψιονίστ πολύ βοηθητικοί ,πρόθυμοι και ευγενικοί με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη.
