We got pretty much, what we expected. It is a small apartment, but for two people perfectly fine. We didn’t cook or use any of the appliances, but it did everything we need it to do for the two us. If you’re just there to sleep and are out and about all day, it’s a good value for money compared to other options around Okemo. It would have been difficult with four people though.
As others are saying it get pretty noisy since it’s a main road, so make sure to bring ear plugs. My biggest issue - and that’s my fault because I didn’t properly read the details: This unit did not have an A/C. It has a fan in the kitchen, which I doesn’t do anything for the bedroom though. It was a hot weekend in Ludlow and it was really uncomfortable in the apartment. It cooled down at night, so we opened all windows, which then increased the noise level and made the room very bright since we had to open the blinds.

Very close to the mountain..2 min drive to the parking lots where shuttles were available. Close to good eating spots and supermarkets. Ski rentals was also very close...we rented at totem ski. King bed in the bedroom was awesome.
Kirchen area was cramped as was the living area once the sofa bed opened up. We couldn't really sit out together.

I stayed at very old multi-unit building, right on the highway. Unit itself was very clean and had all what is needed to stay for 3 nights at ski resort, when you don't spend much time inside. I would say 'passable', but I wouldn't stay at the place like that again.
Price was inadequate, to put it mildly.
Location was excellent - 1.1 km from the ski mountain parking.
