The location was very convenient for easy access to the businesses in the town of Ludlow. We could walk to many sites. We had everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay. We especially liked the remote control fireplace an a "somewhat" full-sized refrigerator/freezer. The apartment was equipped with ample pillows, blankets and towels. I had a question upon arrival and called the number provided and talked to a live person within just a few minutes.
There was road noise since the apt is right next to the main road...the price you pay for convenience. It would be nice to have 1 additional mirror in the main section of house.

No food was included. The kitchen area was great and all the rooms were fantastic with comfortable new like furniture and appliances.
I was unfamiliar with the entry process. My only instructions were: "Door Lock: Front Door: 0123 & Unit Door: 3205". So I easily got in the outside door with 0123 and the door unlocked. At the unit there is a Master Lock with a 4 # dial which I put in 3205. The door was unlocked so I went in. I was never told there was a key inside the Master Lock box in my instructions, or how to use this system. I texted Vacasa and they explained what to do, but also had given me the wrong combination for the lock box. Once they gave me the correct # and to get the key, I was fine.
