Great room with a fabulous bath and bonus a fantastic speaker so you can play your music. Close to all historic buildings and super bars and restaurants. Breakfast is a coffee and cake from a nearby cafe. (See the first photo).
There are a few steps up just to let anyone know if you have an issue with stairs. No problem for us though.

L' host è molto gentile e simpatico, ci ha spiegato tutto in maniera esaustiva e ci ha consigliato dei posti un cui poter pranzare/cenare.
Nella camera è compreso il wi-fi gratuito (20 mbps) che ci ha permesso di guardare dei film o navigare su internet in tranquillità.
La camera ha tutte le comodità, partendo da un comodissimo letto, passando poi ad un balconcino e macchinetta da caffè (cialde, zucchero comprese), un bollitore (bustine di tisane e the di diverso tipo comprese) e un frigo bar per le eventualità.
Il riscaldamento è ottimo e ben distribuito in tutta la camera (nonostante le basse temperature esterne).
L'illuminazione è gestita da una lampada che può cambiare colore o essere, addirittura, usata come cassa bluetooth.
Il pezzo forte è la vasca idromassaggio, molto bella e calda
La TV a schermo piatto molto bella e abbastanza grande.
Magari una vasca leggermente più grande per permettere almeno a due persone di entrare in comodità. Inoltre è un po' rumorosa ma niente che non si possa sopportare.
Il braccio della tv non permette di girarsi in modo da poter vedere la tv dalla vasca.
La stanza, in generale, è pulita ma abbiamo trovato delle piccole "sviste" come polvere in giro e, tazza e bollitore, che erano un po' sporchi (nulla di troppo esagerato).
Il parcheggio non è disponibile in quanto è in ZTL, però in compenso, si trova nel cuore del centro storico, vicino a moltissimi locali.
Non abbiamo trovato lo shampoo per la doccia e l'illuminazione esterna è un po' fastidiosa la sera, in quanto, non disattivabile.

Perfect localisation in the heart of the city, very helpful host, take us from railway station, cozy apartment. Perfect A/C. All like on Booking site.
Only one towel per person, in last day bistro with breakfast was closed.

Tutto è stato fantastico! La camera è bellissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari 😊😊 La vasca idromassaggio è un vero lusso!! Ma, senza dubbio, la cosa migliore è stata la persona che ci ha accolto con un'attenzione impeccabile, un grande padrone di casa!
Mi sono pentita di essere andata solo un giorno 🤣 Tornerò sicuramente per godermi un po' di più questa stanza!
