The appartment was nice, clean and silent.
The air condition was the only thing I missed, it was a bit too hot there. The flat was not too sunny, so it was not that bad in the end.

Very nice place, close to the centre. Area is quiet. There is air conditioner and almost all you need for staying a few days.
There was no iron and corkscrew :)

The host was very prompt in replying to my questions. The location is very nice in a peaceful residential neighbourhood.
The room was extremely hot. The standing fan and pedestal fan had hardly any throw, I had to sleep with the fan right in my face.
An Air-conditioner and washing machine are missing in this apartment.
Not many restaurants nearby.
