- The location is very convenient, close to the city center and easy to get around.
- The apartment has high ceilings, which makes the space feel open and spacious.
- The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking utensils, and essentials like toilet paper and laundry detergent are provided.
- There is ongoing construction in the neighboring unit. This was not communicated in advance, and had I known, I would not have booked such a long stay.
- The elevator and shared common areas (hallways, etc.) are in poor condition and not well maintained.
- After using the washing machine, I noticed mold inside the rubber seal, which was quite unpleasant.
- On the last night, the hot water stopped working around 21:30.

The Heating worked very well, crucial for the winter there!
Great natural light shining into the apartment.

The bathroom had a strong sewage smell coming from the pipes.
You can hear the pipes when people flush the toilet, a bit uncomfortable unfortunately.
The pillows are too big, lifting your entire neck and head too up, leaving you stiff the next morning.

Stylish appartment in a house that is from an architectual viewpoint absolutely exceptional. Appartment itself was very clean and renovated with nice new wooden floor.
House was a little run down from the outside, some walls need fixing and painting, doors of one cupboard in the appartment stayed open due to broken lock, all shutter in front of windows were broken.
