A great apartment with the world's best host.

The apartment was great. Reserved parking, good air conditioning, fantastic coffee machine, great shower, good location, lots of space, nice decor, even a great music collection. The most fantastic thing, though, was the host. We ran over a nail on our way to the apartment and had a tire that was leaking air. I was afraid that by morning the car would be undriveable. Our host rode with me searching for a tire shop that was open late, and when we couldn't find one, took me to his friend who fixed it. This was way above and beyond what I expected. It was like having a friend in the city.

Lovely stay in Veliko Turnovo

Deyan is awesome- he saved a parking spot for us and sent a video for how to park, enter the apartment etc. that is super helpful! He is very responsive to any questions and overall friendly and nice to work with. The apartment is in a fantastic location in VT (Veliko Turnovo) walkable down to the Main Street where you can find tons of shopping and great restaurants, old city, historic and arts centers and more. Beautiful view from the balcony as well. The apartment is well appointed & has plenty of space for a family stay. The kitchen is well stocked!

We didn’t dislike anything about this stay but some things to consider- if you haven’t been, VT is very hilly and the property is uphill so be prepared for the hike. Lots of taxis available if needed. The property itself only has a couple of stairs which is great! Our worst part of the trip was leaving- this city has so much to do and is gorgeous, we’ll be back!

Lovely place, close to city center

The place looks like you step back in time, to a period when things were cared for and loved and enjoyed, made of natural materials and not plastic. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was surprisingly large, the kitchen well equipped. Deyan, the host, has kindly waited for us in the evening when we arrived, to give us the keys and show us around. We had a parking place in front of the building.

Must try apartment

Very nice all around accomodation - everything was on point during the entire time we stood there. The host provided everything including a very good parking spot - walking distance from the old town city centre and an exceptional fully equipped coffee machine. The vintage look of the apartment made the trip a real pleasure that introduced us to the local culture.

Einzig die Terrasse war sehr gut. Nur dort hat man sich wohlfühlen können.

Ein drittes Schlafzimmer gab es in dem Sinne nicht, auch wenn wir genau im gezeigten Bett schliefen, um Zugang zur Terrasse zu haben. Was hinter der verglasten Tür ist, wissen wir nicht, aber die war mit einem komischen Lappen mit Reißzwecken zugemacht. Im Schlafzimmer mit dem weißen Doppelbett hat man gar nicht schlafen können, weil die Matratzen zu eng waren und nicht nebeneinander. Ins zwischenliegende Loch hätte man alle mal reinfallen können. Es hat uns niemand empfangen, obwohl wir uns telefonisch, wie verabredet, eine Stunde vor Ankunft meldeten. Alles war staubig, die Fenster überdreckt, der Schrank im Bad schmutzig. Zum Glück habe ich immer ein Spray zum Kloputzen, denn auch dieses hätte nicht benutzt werden können. Im Bad lagen Badteppiche, die unfassbar schmutzig waren, obwohl die waschbar sind. Ich kann noch vieles nennen, was schrecklich war, auch die drei Stufen, die zur vermeintlichen Ferienwohnung führten. Abwärts gab es auch schmutzige Stufen, mit einer mit Stoff verdeckten Tür, aber wir ekelten uns so sehr, dass wir nicht wissen, was sich darin befindet. Das einzig Gute war die Terrasse, wo wir uns aufhielten. Booking.com sollte die Ferienwohnungen zuerst überprüfen und dann zur Vermietung freigeben.

O experiență inedită. Tot apartamentul este amenajat in stil vechi. Foarte frumos. Are o terasă mare. Totul a fost perfect. Parcare în fața apartamentului.
