The two sofa beds were extremely worn out. They were very uncomfortable to sit on and impossible to sleep on.

middle of the fridge kept freezing our food but was okay. lounge is uncomfortable, needs updating

Location was perfect for us.
Washing machine in the middle needs a good clean out. Made clothes dirtier that when started and put fluff over all dark clothes.

How central the place is located to the beach shops and river. Didn't need to drive anywhere (walking distance to everything) The pool at the place where i stayed. The shower was pretty good
No air conditioning. There was not much air flow in the unit. The TV. Only had 1 channel. And the lounges are uncomfortable
