Fits our needs. I have read some reviews that applied champagne tastes to beer accomodation, or didn't read the conditions e.g. regarding linen. It's an acceptable, economical and very convenient option for us. We don't rent the property in summer. There's no extractor fan in the bathroom and no A/C, so summer could be a challenge.

Overall, very enjoyable. A few problems with the TV reception & a few light globes need replacing. Bed very comfortable, kitchen & bathroom upgraded. floor fan although of good quality was a bit noisy. No Wi-Fi. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants & ice-cream. Just a great pool straight outside your unit. Not enough parking spots for the number of units, but still worked well. Comfortable stay

Perfect for us. Central to Forster and easy parking and access. Not the most flashy or modern accomodation but comfortable and convenient. Be aware that there's no A/C so summer could be uncomfortable.
