Petit pied à terre propre et bien situé
Message pour le propriétaire : Une couette hiver aurait été appréciable (à la place de celle actuelle correspondant à des températures estivales... nous avons réellement eu froid la nuit). Kitchenette agréable mais sous-équipée : à prévoir au minimum, un micro-onde (logeable facilement vu le peu de vaisselle dans les placards) ; des tasses adaptées à la cafetière nespresso, un vrai couteau de cuisine, un presse-agrumes, une 2e casserole...)

Tout Équipements, déco, ameublement, confort, calme, situation géographique Nous avons rencontré un petit souci technique durant le WE. La propriétaire a su se montrer compréhensive dans nos discussions d'après location... ;) Je recommande ce logement aux personnes désirant un petit lieu calme, agréable et vraiment très bien situé à La Baule

Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage. Confortable, propre, et le petit balcon est un vrai plus. Séjour très agréable, je recommande !

Très bien situé près de la plage et près du centre de La Baule, au calme. Appartement en lui-même propre.
Accueilli par la boîte à clé et un gros cadenas sur le placard d'entrée. Le balcon inutilisable tellement il est sale des fiantes des oiseaux. Equipement de la cuisine insuffisant : - pas de verres à vin, pas de petites assiettes, pas de couvercle de casserole. Le matelas trop mou.
