We (family with 2.5-year-old toddler) spent very spontaneously two nights in this beautiful accomodation. The Tortuga Appartment exceeded our expectations in many ways, and we would have loved to stay a bit longer. Highly recommended!

Vi ble oppgradert fra leilighet i annekset, til å ha hele hovedhuset for oss selv. Fullt utstyrt, masse plass, en koselig hage og terrasse under tak.
Vertskapet var utrolig imøtekommende, og tilgjengelig når vi trengte det, og møtte oss på våre forespørsler.

We enjoyed the peaceful nature and homeliness of the place. Everything just exuded comfort. It had everything a self-catering accommodation should offer. The delicious avocados were such a delightful surprise. They were wonderful! The TV had so many series and movies to watch as well. A great place for a home-away-from-home kind of rest. It's quite close to the shops and to one of the beaches. It's perfectly situated. The place is also really safe and secure and the deck with the swings was so inviting and catered to our lazy holiday dispositions. What a treat!
We loved everything. The temperature of the shower water had mood swings and the TV's speaker cut out a little, but those were really small things. This place is great!!

Loved everything about this property. We stayed for two weeks as part of a four-week stay while we were doing volunteer work at a nearby school and the property was fantastic. It was like living in a place, not touristy (for us) and very 'real.' The property was fabulously furnished, comfortable. We felt right at home. There was also a cupboard full of condiments and spices which was great as it meant we didn't have to go out and buy everything. We didn't use the braai area, but spent a lot of time outdoors on the veranda. I also loved that the garden was full of native plants and spent ages trying to identify the different flora and the wildlife - birds - that it attracted. We really miss it there - not just the house, but the town and the people - and the avocado tree!
