Location is the big winner for this property. It’s steps from the beach and from Commercial Street. And the included Parking Spot really adds to the value.
The property was clean and comfortable and perfect for the two of us and our small dog.
The washer and dryer came in handy, and ensured we didn’t have to do laundry upon returning home.
Sharing things we didn’t like really amounts to nitpicking, because overall everything was great and we had no real issues.
We didn’t love the bed placement, which was against a wall. So whoever was sleeping against the wall, needed to climb over the other person to get out of the bed.
Otherwise, the only suggestion would be an upgrade to a smart TV to allow guests to cast and stream from their mobile devices. I’d even suggest canceling the cable package as it probably wouldn’t be necessary if there was a smart TV.

location idéale, very cosy appartment but….
….light equipment, sofa unconfortable, , take your own shower gel, common noisy terrasse, neighborough noisy from 6h30 in the morning, beach no so private with people and dog all the day .clogged bathroom sink. no remote control to stop the heating….
