The worst booking experience we've ever had

The trouble started when we tried to get to the apartment by car. Even the coordinates we've got couldn't be found. And Google Maps says there's no street. Later, we figured out why. It seems they're using apartment igor just as a new name only because of the bad reviews of the other names. This one is Apartment Cico (the name was on our keys) as well as hotel timun all three are just one. When we arrived we were shocked when we saw the apartment very tiny, and not at all what we expected when we booked it. The pictures they've uploaded were old very advantageous taken.. It was more a corridor than an apartment. The balcony was very small, and you sat directly in front of the window of the neighbour's apartment. They had furthermore the perfect view out there to our bed - which stands exactly infront of the balcony door. Everything was very old, extremely cramped.. The bathroom was horrible the shower was absolutely gross.. stains, mould, and rust in the bathroom. But the worst part was the toilet. You couldn't sit on it normally because you had the sink in your body. I never saw such a tiny bathroom. Just 3 steps long and just wide enough to turn yourself on the spot. We're pretty slim, but nevertheless, we had big problems with the space between sink and WC. The terrace, which should have been beautiful, is only divided from the next one by a very small wall to the next one with a view of the air conditioning, the staircase of the building, and again the window of the neighbour's apartment. If you hoped for privacy, you'll be disappointed. The "beach," which is only a few meters away from the apartment, is, in truth, a landing stage for small cruise ships. Which stopped directly in front of the building. So, no beach nearby. No grocery store nothing. The WiFi, which should be available in our room, wasn't. Only on the terrace sometimes but not even on the balcony.
