Gemütliche Stadtwohnung

Sehr zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist vollständig im IKEA-Style austaffiert und sehr gemütlich. Es war sehr sauber.

Die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert und wurde auch während des Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Die Bratpfannen sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Und am Fernseher war nichts eingestellt, das es ermöglicht hätte, irgendetwas anzuschauen.

Kleiner Balkon mit schönen Ausblick. Kaffeepads und Teebeutel, Salz und Pfeffer sowie Duschgel und alles zum Abwasch (Pads, Küchentücher) vorhanden. Gutes Bett.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Optimierungsmöglichkeiten

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in fussläufiger Zentrumsnähe. Gute Schalldämmung - die Baustelle gegenüber war nicht zu hören. Das Heizen der Wohnung war gut möglich. Bei Problemen (Code für Wohnungstür und die Heizung funktionierten zunächst nicht) wurde durch VYLD zügig Abhilfe geschaffen.

Keine Bedingungsanleitungen für Back-Microwellenofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, TV (keine Sender gespeichert), Bluetooth-Lautsprecher . Etwas zuwenig Geschirr, um die Geschirrspülmaschine gut voll zu machen. Unvollständige Aufklärung über Art der Müll-Trennung (Restmüll, Gelber Sack, Biomüll, Altpapier) und Entsorgungsprt (wo sind welche Tonnen, welche dürfen überhaupt benutzt werden oder gehören anderen Mietern) Keine Be-/Entladezone vor dem Haus um das Gepäck auszuladen und in die Wohnung hoch zu bringen
