Brilliant location in city centre, could do with a few more facilities

The location is brilliant, right in the centre of town, great cafe, restaurants, take away places on your door step. Lots of storage in the apartment, the room was spacious.

The room faced an inner courtyard which meant it was quiet but also quite dark and stuffy as no real airflow is possible. The owners could be more generous in providing essentials for longer stays: bin bags, dishwasher capsules, cling film, tea towels etc It’s annoying having to buy packets of those for a one week stay. Coffee capsules 50 cents from the cafe owned by the owners. We cooked a few meals, there is no exhaust fan in the kitchen and the studio smelled for days afterwards. Would have appreciated an iron and an ironing board! And access to a washing machine. Had to extract vacuum cleaner from under a pile of toilet paper in a storage cupboard.

Alles in allem super!!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage und die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Super war auch, dass kein Schlüssel benötigt wurde, sondern die Türen über Zahlencodes zu öffnen waren.

Innerhalb der Wohnung befindet sich eine Stufe (Stolperfalle!). Darauf sollte gesondert hingewiesen werden oder einen Markierungsstreifen, der nachts ggf reflektiert, wenn es sowas gibt.

Perfekte Lage, ideal für einen Kempten-Trip, mitten im Herz des netten Städtles

Perfekte Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone, charmantes Appartement, super Orga durch die Gastgeber Joana und Sven mit gefühlt - per Messenger - persönlicher Betreuung. Wir waren mit meinen Eltern, 84 und 87 Jahre alt, hier und auch ihnen hat es sehr gefallen,. Allerdings haben sie resigniert festgestellt, dass mit "all dem digitalen Zeugs" sie nicht mehr zurecht kämen.

Für eine reine Übernachtung, ohne all die vorhandenen Vorteile genießen zu können, etwas teuer - aber das lag ja an uns.

Schönes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Die Kneipe hatte auch ausnahmsweise „Augustiner to go“ um es im Apartment beim Familien Abendessen zu trinken

Ich würde da wieder übernachten, wünschte mir aber kostenlose Parkplätze.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet.

Leider müssen wir immer 2x überlegen wegen dem hohen Preis und fehlenden kostenlosen Parkplätzen.

Sehr moderne Einrichtung , Küchen - Starterset mit allem was für die ersten Tage benötigt wird, sehr Zentrale Lage, 50m vom historischen Rathausplatz, gute Bäckerei im Erdgeschoß. Unkomplizierte freundliche Vermieter.

Fijn appartement en prima host, maar wel op een rumoerige plek in de binnenstad.

Zeer net appartement met alle voorzieningen. Midden in stad op een prima plek als je meteen in de stad wilt zijn. Parkeren op loop afstand (paar minuten).

Wel een paar aandachtspunten: •Er is best veel informatie om door te lezen. Misschien zou een kort A4’tje in het appartement met de meest noodzakelijke info handig zijn. •De plek voor het afval was voor ons niet duidelijk. We hebben het uiteindelijk in de openbare afvalbak op straat gedaan. Is het de bedoeling dat gasten dat zelf zo regelen? •De airco-instructies hadden we gelezen, maar helaas werkte deze niet. Het appartement was daardoor erg warm. Met open ramen was het lastig slapen, zeker midden in de stad: het was tot in de vroege ochtend extreem rumoerig, met schreeuwende en dronken voorbijgangers. Dat is natuurlijk het leven in de stad, maar dit ging wel erg ver. Hopelijk helpt deze feedback. Nogmaals bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Sehr moderne,gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mitten in Kempten.. Viele Cafe‘s, Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr nette Gastgeber!

nichts.. Die Vorteile der Innenstadt ziehen auch Ihre Nachteile mit sich. Innenstadt ist nichts für Ruhesuchende. Aber das weiß man vorher. Die Fenster sind so gut isoliert, dass man bei geschlossenen Fenster nichts mehr vom Lärm mitbekommt.

Tolles Appartement zentral in Kempten. Modern, sauber, großzügig. Parkhaus nah. Restaurants und Cafés in der Strasse. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Super freundlicher Kontakt. Wir waren spontan eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort.

Zentral, modern und entspannt.

Moderner Stil der Apartments. Absolut zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt. Ganz unkomplizierte Abwicklung, sehr freundliche und proaktive Gastgeber, plus gratis Kaffee in der Fussgängerzone. Alles prima und wir werden wiederkommen.

Es gibt nichts was es zu bemängeln gibt, zumindest nichts worauf der Eigentümer Einfluss hat. Natürlich ist es abends in der Fussgängerzone mal etwas lauter oder es werden in der Früh Dinge angeliefert, aber das liegt selbstredend an der Lage - und mit geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem.
